Privacy Policy

CustomSoulMade collects your email, name, and configurator inputs solely to deliver your personalized order. We do not sell your data. We use Stripe for payment processing, Brevo for transactional email, and Cloudflare for hosting infrastructure.

You can request deletion of your data by emailing privacy@customsoulmade.com. Data is retained for 24 months for tax/legal reasons, then deleted.
